Youth Apprentice Program
The YA (Youth Apprentice) program, in partnership with CESA (Wisconsin’s Cooperative Educational Service Agency), is a highly successful talent acquisition program in which we hire high school seniors or juniors for a one-or two-year apprenticeship. During the paid apprenticeship, students continue toward high school graduation and take related courses to enhance what they learn on the job. Program-wide, employers extend permanent job offers to more than 75% of graduating apprentices each year.
