Precast Equipment Liners
We design and build numerous high-performance wear parts and liners for the precast industry, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Pan and planetary paddles, arm guards, and scrapers for various brands.
- Liners for chutes, hoppers, and material transition areas, which are excellent for wear and reduces concrete sticking in areas. Available for bolting in, plug welding, and magnetizing.
- Liners for vibrating tables, which greatly reduces noise.
- Bumper back boards for pipe lifting devices.
- Urethane high performance conveyor skirting.
We also mold blank out for items such as:
- Pipe keyways (magnetic attachment to outer mold)
